As per the conclusions of  our last meeting, you had said that your company and we had not yet made any business with each other, but we can could create a vendor codes in for the vendors in your xxx(客戶公司) vendor list in advance.(所有vendors共用一個vendor code 或是各自有一個code，請查証，並據以修正 “create vendor code” 之單複數)

So would you please provide the vendor information form for to us for doing it first?
